STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
DEPOSITS
Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of one third of the cost of your stay. The deposit will be deducted from the bill at the end of the agreed stay.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a reservation being cancelled.
PAYMENT
Bills must be settled once a week.
Reception is open from 8 am to 9 pm. If you are leaving early in the morning, please settle your bill the day before.
CURTAILMENT
In the event of your stay being curtailed, the hotel will bill you for the full amount of your original stay.
DEPARTURE
Rooms must be vacated by 12.30 pm without fail.
ARRIVAL
We will do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready as early as possible. However, please plan for it be available from 4 pm only.
Please let us know if you are likely to arrive late.
